At Premier Pick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after purchase cannot be returned or refunded. This includes products showing signs of wear, missing parts, or damage from improper use. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence. No store credit or exchanges for customer-caused damage.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service within 7 to 10  days of receiving your order. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.   • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to a mistake on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item or another, simply return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.
